RecommendedWe grab sushi here quite often but today was our first time at the Teppanyaki grill. It was wonderful. All the favorites you love and the sauces to go with. Onion and Miso soups are on point, and the salad with traditional dressing is awesome as well. My new favorite Japanese grill in town. My definite favorite Sushi in KC.

So tonight KC Sushi decided it would be a good idea to overcharge us on our dinner that we ordered during happy hour. When we pointed it out to them that they had charged regular menu price the female server blamed us. They had handed us the menu with the regular prices on the one side and happy hour on the other. When we asked about a specific dish they pointed to the one on the regular price so that's where we marked it even though it was available on the happy hour menu also. Sorry for the bad experience that you had tonight while dine in with us. I've found your bill and voided the whole transaction that we charged on your credit card earlier. Please check your statement and let us know if it's been refunded to your account , it would probably take couple weeks. We will have a talk with our servers and find out what was going on. Next time please ask for a manager, we will make sure to solve the issues. One more time, we apologize for what had happened to you.
