I was told a vehicle was available and set up an appointment. Upon arrival I was told it wasn't available. I spoke with a gentleman who took down some information and never heard from him again. I then proceeded to e mail about 4 other cars...never heard from anyone. That's why I am currently sitting at Owen Ford in Marshall IL signing papers on my 2024 Malibu. These folks down here actually want to sell cars

Took our jeep compass 4x4 sport to get the brakes done,A SECOND TIME because they put the front brakes on wrong,the right front brake was so hot because of the rubbing at 460°and setting off the tire pressure sensor,I took it to Neil tire, because I thought it was the tire and it's bad work on KC summers part,and it has been not even a week since it was " fixed".all I know is,KC SUMMERS is fixing their mistakes,and we absolutely ARE NOT PAYING ANYTHING with money we don't have for their own shortcomings,and bad business., ne... read more
