I think the world of my sales person, he went out of his way to make everything right but one person can’t save a broken service department. I was told a vehicle was available and set up an appointment. Upon arrival I was told it wasn't available. I spoke with a gentleman who took down some information and never heard from him again. I then proceeded to e mail about 4 other cars...never heard from anyone. That's why I am currently sitting at Owen Ford in Marshall IL signing papers on my 2024 Malibu. These folks down here actually want to sell cars
