There's a reason I have bought (and serviced) six cars from KC Summers: Excellent customer service. But even they went way above and beyond this past weekend. I was embarrassingly out of gas on I-57, about a mile south of the exit for their Nissan Mazda store in Mattoon. I have Nissan Roadside Assistance, but I called my local dealership first. Went in to buy a Nissan car and the salesman was a jerk. He acted like he didn't want to sell a car today. Isaac Clodfelder I wouldn't buy a car from him at all. This dealership lost a sale today. I definitely would not recommend this dealership.
We were in the market for a newer vehicle and experienced an excellent sales staff. We were treated very well. That was in 2024 and a year later we have had a regular oil service done twice and have the team at KC Summers has gone above and beyond with us. We will definitely continue to take our vehicle there for service and maintenance. The staff is friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle or for service.
Recently purchased a CPO vehicle from KC Summers Nissan and I couldn't be happier with the entire process! The customer service is exceptional and communication was spot on. They don't push or pressure. Just real people providing helpful information. Basically did the entire deal online with texting, emails, and a few phone calls. I live 5 hours away and they delivered the vehicle to my home for a very small fee. I would do business with them again without hesitation!
