Very good buying experience with this dealership. My salesman, Ryan Hart, made the transaction very easy. I am a returning customer to this dealership and always have a good experience.
Service to vehicle great. Short wait time. Pleasant people. Let somebody ought to be a sign to make sure that there's sugar for the coffee. Overhead music was synthesized beats that was so irritating that I felt like screaming "turn that off". It's music that is non-music, just sound, annoying sound. I know that's probably petty but I drive 30 minutes to come to them because they have appointments on Saturdays and they have a great waiting area with great coffee--usually.
easy buying experience, friendly and helpful staff, didn't hard sell or make me feel like i had to keep my guard up.
Fantastic service, stopped in to have new plates put on my car (which isn't a Kia, nor did I buy it from them). They got me right in and refused to charge me. I love small towns! This is how it's supposed to be! I'll be back when I need routine service. Kudos to the service department!
