easy buying experience, friendly and helpful staff, didn't hard sell or make me feel like i had to keep my guard up.
Fantastic service, stopped in to have new plates put on my car (which isn't a Kia, nor did I buy it from them). They got me right in and refused to charge me. I love small towns! This is how it's supposed to be! I'll be back when I need routine service. Kudos to the service department!
Over all experience was quick and painless. Will continue doing business with them in the future.
Would not recommend the service department is a rude joke. Wayyyyyy better at Dorsett Hyundai. Worth the out of the way drive. Even our tow truck driver said we dodged a bullet by not going to them. When we called for help bcuz we have a warranty and we are 1000 miles from home broke down that they couldn't even look at it for a few days let alone help us get there or any other helpful info. We got on the phone wirh the next closest one and now we are towed and in a loner. And our car is being looked at.
