This place is a joke. I thought I would give this service department another chance but they will never improve. I scheduled an appointment to have my vehicle serviced and tires rotated for 2:15pm on a Wednesday. I arrived at 2pm. At 4:15 pm, I asked what the status was as three people who came in after me had their cars completed and left. The advisor told me he would check. 5 years ago we bought a Camaro from KC Summers. We also bought their extended warranty. Everything went good till last summer the air conditioner kept going in and out. Also the key kept locking up when you tried to get it out. We brought it into the service department. They said the key was under recall yet they could never fix it. They said they fixed it and the air. The air was not fixed. We called and was told to bring it in when it is out.
