Excellent service! We recently purchased a gently used Elantra from KC Summers. We had to do this via phone and your website because we live in South Carolina. However, the distance proved no obstacle to the team at Summers. They not only helped us find a car, but got it delivered to Evanston, Illinois to our daughter. We can’t thank you enough!
Terrible customer service experience at KC Summers. The wait times are extremely long, and the staff has not been accommodating. I brought my car in to have an issue repaired, but just a few days later the exact same problem returned. When I took the vehicle back and asked if someone could quickly take a look at it, I was told I would need to schedule another appointment.
