I think the world of my sales person, he went out of his way to make everything right but one person can’t save a broken service department. Few years ago, about five, just now got around to this because it took me that long to be nice about it. Long story short.....I bought a used 2015 Silverado....good truck. Had all the symptoms of the 14-18 model years transmission trouble. I had the 30 day warranty and it was brought to their attention in that time frame. I had to have it rebuilt and didn't have time to fight with the dealer on time frame for repairs. A huge thank you to Thomas Moore from the service department and the technicians who fixed a coolant leak in my truck. They were very understanding of the issue and took care of the issue quickly. I couldn't recommend them enough!

Shady shelia mechanics that overcharge just to look at a car without doing any work. They don’t keep records of work done. I will never do business with them again.
