Amazing car buying experience. Ali Young was exceptional to work with. I found the car on Cars.com. I gave them a ring and Ali instantly worked to understand my needs. Their pricing was upfront and fair. She stayed in close communication with me to keep me in the loop between the dealership and my bank. They even worked to deliver the car to me since I was purchasing out of state. I highly recommend purchasing from KC Summers.

TERRIBLE customer service. They caused more damage than what the vehicle went there for. I cannot get anyone to return my phone calls or emails. Vehicle was supposed to be there for 1 day ended up being there for over a week, I ended up having to pay out of pocket to repair the things they broke not to mention the greasy handprints on the light grey headliner of a brand new vehicle. I will not be returning to this place nor recommending it to anyone.
