Took my car in for 50,000 mile maintenance. 20 minutes later they told me my oil was changed & l'm ready to go! I had just changed the oil the day before with full synthetic! They replaced it with regular oil & l was told they didn't have synthetic oil to make it right but there would be no charge. Infuriating. Last visit l was told all my Lug Nuts were swollen so in order to rotate my tires they would all have to be replaced at $11.00 a piece or $220.00! I told them l did not want that done.
