In the 20+ years I have been a customer of this shop, I've never been so impressed with customer service as I was today! Always met with a friendly face and always taking care of the veteran string players. They will have my business as long as they are in business.
My daughter and I had an excellent experience! The staff was friendly and efficient, they knew exactly what we needed to make my 25yr old violin a perfect fit for my 5th grader! They were able to make all the necessary adjustments in-house so my daughter can join the school orchestra tomorrow!
Thank you KC Strings for your amazing services and patience during the problems of the delivery and replies due to 12 hrs difference of time zone.. we've finally installed these amazing C Gate Extensions onto our basses and we're looking forward for the new effects! Thank you once again!

The staff at KC Strings went above and beyond customer service! Ordered a bass buggy for a Christmas present. They shipped it and it was stolen from the apartment hallway. They immediately sent all paperwork needed to file a claim. After FedEx refused the claim, KC Strings continued to help even though they were not at fault. Thank you KC Strings for looking out for musicians.
My daughter and I went to KC Strings yesterday for her to buy her first violin. They were fabulous!! Took plenty of time letting her try different violins, bows, chin rest etc .... She had a great day and is over the moon with her violin!!
