We moved into our home back in March, 2026. We have a very nice, and involved Rain Bird system. A few weeks ago we encountered a very soggy, soaked lawn with pooling in the beds and dry shapes. We called on KC Sprinklet Pros who came out in a very timely manner. What I thought was going to be a huge diagnostic and repair job, only a valve needed to be repaired. Thomas came out promptly to dig up and replace a broken sprinkler head that was embedded with tree roots. He had a tough job digging through the roots to remove and replace the sprinkler head. Other competitors wanted $100+ just to assess the problem and then more $$$ to fix it. KC Sprinkler Pros had no assessment fees and did the entire job for $50. Highly recommend.
KC Sprinkler Pros is awesome! Mason came out and was polite, respectful, and walked me through the issue we were having with our system. Great experience overall, and would recommend to anyone.
My technician was Thomas. He was just great! A friendly, energetic worker. He did the work, No problems! Fast & efficient, bright and so polite. I’ll always ask for him!! He turned on my irrigation system, and ran the backflow test.
