After paying to have my Sprinkler system set up for summer, I found that it would not turn on in certain zones. I watched UTube Videos, I read the manual , and nothing seemed to work. I contacted KCSprinkler for a service call. They were not able to come for a week, it is not a life and death matter so..ok. The two stars are because it still is not working after the service call. Thomas came out promptly to dig up and replace a broken sprinkler head that was embedded with tree roots. He had a tough job digging through the roots to remove and replace the sprinkler head. Other competitors wanted $100+ just to assess the problem and then more $$$ to fix it. KC Sprinkler Pros had no assessment fees and did the entire job for $50. Highly recommend.

KC Sprinkler Pros is awesome! Mason came out and was polite, respectful, and walked me through the issue we were having with our system. Great experience overall, and would recommend to anyone.

My technician was Thomas. He was just great! A friendly, energetic worker. He did the work, No problems! Fast & efficient, bright and so polite. I’ll always ask for him!! He turned on my irrigation system, and ran the backflow test.
