Paint was blistering on the wall under the gutter and I assumed it was a paint problem. KC Soffit Repair & Gutters Installation took a look and said the gutter was overflowing behind the fascia, not at the front where you would see it. That is why nobody had spotted it. They pulled a section down, showed me the rot behind, and replaced the fascia and the gutter along that side. The wall got a chance to dry out before I repainted. I had a large gap in my soffit that squirrels were using to get into my attic, and it was becoming a constant headache. KC came out, sealed everything up, replaced the section that had been chewed through, and the new soffit panels blend in perfectly. Soffit was sagging on one side and they fixed it without making a big thing out of it. Price was reasonable. Crew knew what they were doing. Gutters flow right now too.

had a stain creeping down the side of the house near the corner and figured it was just dirt for the longest time. turned out the gutter had pulled away from the fascia and water was running behind it every time it rained, plus a chunk of soffit near that corner was soft. called these guys after getting a couple quotes and they were the most straightforward about what was actually wrong. replaced the bad soffit piece, put up new seamless gutters along that whole side, and adjusted the slope so water actually goes to the down... read more
