SCAM ALERT!!! Sold me a “$550” bracelet. Total was $650. Promised me the gems were turquoise. Brought it to another jeweler. It’s glass. Very obvious that she gets them on the cheap back home across the ocean and scams innocent people of the upper west side.
Right away when you walk into KC Signatures, it feels warm and inviting. I have brought jewelry here to be repaired and resized. Everyone who works at KC Signatures is so kind, friendly and patient.
