We were traveling through and had our A/C go out on us. Thankfully Nancy was able to get us in right away! Dwayne was amazing at finding our issue and getting us back on the road home. We highly recommend them!
Dwayne and Nancy were a big help in getting our camper back on the road. Bought the camper 2/25 and unfortunately had a brake failure happen 10 days before my wife and I's 10 year wedding anniversary camping trip. OE warranty parts were 7-10 days out but KC RV There Yet was able to install a temporary brake hub and drum to make sure we don't miss out trip. My pop up camper would not go up. I had a very tight window in which to get it repaired. They were able to get it in and fixed before our trip. While on our trip we ran into a separate issue with our camper coming down. I called and talked with Nancy and she was able to send one of her service workers to drive over two hours to help us fix the issue. That’s great customer service!!!! Highly recommend them!
If you need work done on your RV Dwayne and Nancy are the best. We were camping at a campground and having problems with our heat unit on our AC and they drove all the way out to the campground to come and take a look at it. They have been working on our RV which is a 1981 coachmen for 3 years now and we have had nothing but outstanding service. If you need your RV or camper repaired don't hesitate to go to kcrv there yet.
What, i had hoped would be a great experience, turned into a total waste of money and frustration. We are new coach owners and still in the "learning" phase so we depend on professionals to be honest, upfront and forthcoming. Kcrv there yet was anything but those things.
