Terrible experience. 2025. They ordered and installed the wrong parts. We needed our crank mechanism replaced. They ordered the wrong kit twice and tried to make it work. They told us it was good to go camping both times. Had to call mobile repair at campgrounds to help us lower it so we could get home. They stopped answering and returning our calls. Took our money and ran.
Fantastic service on my boat trailer as I had a bad bearing. We went ahead and replaced everything as it was long overdue. Dwayne and Nancy were prompt and also great to work with. Super impressed with the service I received.
Dwayne and Nancy are great! I have 2 campers that needed work and routine maintenance. Dwayne came out and was professional, thorough, and detailed, explaining what he did, and what he found. I was very impressed with his overall knowledge and proficiency at all aspects that needed attention, and satisfied with the work he did. His prices are fair. I highly recommend KC RV There Yet! They are truly a breath of fresh air!
We had hot brake drum when we arrived home from weekend camping, so called RV There Yet. Dwayne came to our home the next day. He thoroughly inspected and discussed the trailer with us. We appreciate his expertise and will use his services again.
