This is not a place I'd contact again. My experience has been quite poor and extremely disappointing. I booked them to remove an ice dam on my roof. I was left with a roof with further damage and an incomplete job that came with a high price. Had the job been properly done, the price may not be a concern, but their method of ice dam removal is disapproved of universally online, which really shows me that they don't know what they are doing. To many broken ankles and lack of empathy
KC Roofing, Siding & renovations is an exemplary company! This company and it's workers truly put their heart into this community and it's customers. My boys and I recently moved into the area and discovered that the people that built the addition onto this structure didn't do it properly and with the weight of the huge snow fall that we have had the roof was beginning to bow pretty badly. KC's crew came out, in the dark, to help me save our home. They were very reasonably priced, especially for showing up in an emergency. O... read more
