I would not recommend working with Mike Abbott based on my experience. Communication throughout the listing process was extremely disappointing. There were long periods where I received little to no communication, and I often had to reach out myself for updates. I also felt my concerns about how my home was being marketed were not taken seriously. Professional listing photos were never taken, despite their importance in attracting buyers.
