I really can’t recommend Dr. Uddin enough! He is warm and patient, explains things in a way that’s easy to understand and makes sure I fully understand my options. I know that psychs get a bad rap, but he’s definitely one of the good ones.
Absolutely a waste of time and someone who thinks they know you and your issues better than you in a couple appointments. Also what I would consider a "textbook pusher" with zero capacity to think outside what the "general consensus" is when let's be real, nothing from the medical field ever really stays the same and is ever constantly changing so what could be true today could be completely wrong tomorrow but until its the consensus, you're not gonna get anywhere.
