UPDATE (7/15): KC Pier promised the BBB in writing they would mail the repair payment on Friday, 7/10. It is now Wednesday, 7/15, and still no payment has been received. Unbelievable lack of accountability. The owner of this company also operates KC Pier. They recently caused serious plumbing damage on a job site at a property we manage, agreed in writing to handle it, and then went behind our backs to dispute the licensed plumber's bill before ghosting us completely. We inherited a small house in Roeland Park when my brother-in-law passed away.
