Can't say enough how much of a relief it was to get KC Property Guys over to our fixer upper to take it off our hands. Very responsive and honest about your options, especially compared to other local companies.
Awful customer service. We moved out our rental Mid May and 2 months later we still have yet to receive our deposit back. Also we had many issues with our rental and it took weeks to get issues fixed. Do not rent from this company
I cannot recommend KC Property Guys and Eric enough. If I could give 10 stars I would. I have told everyone I know! The BEST experience with the Owner Eric. My Mothers house had a lot of foundation issues, he gave us a VERY fair price and we sold it “as is”. The closing went thru flawlessly with no issues whatsoever. He did exactly what he said he would do and allowed us to leave anything we didn’t want or need in the house and he removed / donated the rest for us.
