Started an application process here because I the place was nice. But Camila, one of the agents here, failed to mention application requirements up front after I had asked her multiple times she gave me same answer. Until I submitted my own application fee she brings up a different requirement I didn’t have. She was unpleasant to work with and told me she would follow up with property owners about my situation but never responded back. Save yourself the stress from these ppl and believe the 1 star rating they have.
Completely Unprofessional and Disrespectful -DO NOT Live Here This apartment complex has been one of the most frustrating, unprofessional places I’ve ever lived. Management is disorganized, rude, and shows absolutely no regard for tenant communication or privacy. They don’t even have a working phone number, so if you have a problem or need to reach someone, you're completely out of luck. They are unprofessional, passive aggressive and unorganized. They are unwilling to be helpful with issues! If I could leave zero stars i would.
Staff is very unprofessional, and unpleasant to communicate with. Would not recommend renting with them.
There is a rental listed in Overland Park so I contacted. I began with a brief introduction, then asked a few questions about pet policy and a few other things that agencies typically leave up front in their property description, but I wasn't finding. They did respond quickly, but gave me no answers, only replied with questions about us. I replied, then I believe followed up with a couple more questions, as well as again asking the pet policy.
