Professional management company- maintenance is always out quick to fix anything in a timely manner.
Very rude and unprofessional company. Entered my apartment multiple times without telling me beforehand- when I asked why I had not been informed when they planned to replace my faucet, they stopped responding to me. Camlia is very passive aggressive when you bring up any concerns, and her manager, Diane, shares the same attitude. Someone had broken through the locked gate, and code-secured door and was sleeping outside of my apartment door. Do not recommend renting from this company.
Started an application process here because I the place was nice. But Camila, one of the agents here, failed to mention application requirements up front after I had asked her multiple times she gave me same answer. Until I submitted my own application fee she brings up a different requirement I didn’t have. She was unpleasant to work with and told me she would follow up with property owners about my situation but never responded back. Save yourself the stress from these ppl and believe the 1 star rating they have.
Completely Unprofessional and Disrespectful -DO NOT Live Here This apartment complex has been one of the most frustrating, unprofessional places I’ve ever lived. Management is disorganized, rude, and shows absolutely no regard for tenant communication or privacy. They don’t even have a working phone number, so if you have a problem or need to reach someone, you're completely out of luck.
