We had a pool put in last year. Although we do have a pool the process took longer than expected with very little communication if any at all. The lack of communication made the entire process very tedious and stressful. When we had questions or concerns we had to call multiple times and email. Wouldn't get a call back and the crew would just show up to address the issues unannounced. Communicated well, they showed up when they said they would. Their guys were efficient and took the time to show me what they were doing and answered all my questions.
KC Pool provided us with excellent service this pool season! Our pool was always crystal clear, their communication was excellent and Angel was fantastic! I highly recommend them for your pool service!
