Truely an Excellent Plumber ! Casey has done work for my family on two separate occasions - Both times were on relatively short notice and required travel out of town to Spout Springs Ski Area in the mountains, for work at our family cabin. This guy is great - Casey was very professional, excellent to work with and reasonable in price for the work performed. - I RECOMMEND THIS FAMILY-OWNED COMPANY .
In resonse to the review posted on 1/9/2015 This review failed to mention that upon completion of the first days work they stated that they could only pay 1/2 the agreed upon estimate price and wished to make payments on the remainder. No mention was made prior to the work being started. This would cause red flags go up with any contractor. After this disagreement, we and the homeowner agreed to cease work on the project. very bad service on more than one occasion they didn't show up on the days that they scheduled and set the other trades on the project behind. since we heard nothing from them we called and they offered no explanation, nor apology and the owner himself threatened not to come back at all to finish the work== at this point we felt we had no other choice but to look for a new plumber as there was no way we could trust this level of professionalism.
Love them! My husband and I have had several plumbing crisis with our lovely but older home. Remodeling is very stressful, but this wonderful family run business made things easy and affordable for us. We will be using them again and will recommend them to all of our friends.
Very Unprofessional My friend rents an apartment, and they use KC Johnson for their plumbing. One of the apartments below her had a leak, so the plumber wanted to check my friend's apartment for leaks. He called my friend up, but she missed the call because she was at work. He told the landlord he had her permission (false), and in the process of checking for leaks (she had none), ruined 2 kitchen towels by using them for something and got grease and dirt all over them, and tracked mud across her expensive new rug.She later ... read more
