We had KC Outdoor install a paver patio a few years ago. Two years in we had a minor problem with a light and they repaired it at zero cost, standing by the work even after several years. Great experience, great responsiveness.
KC outdoor Performed a warranty job through Nicolock for a total patio replacement. They would schedule dates to perform work, not show up, and not call. After hassling Mike and Nicolock they finally “completed” the job after nearly 2 months when they promised a 1 week turn around. Many pavers are not flush with each other leaving an uneven surface.
