Wonderful staff! They always respond when we call with a question or and urgent issue! Even had them respond after hours via text before and greatly appreciate it!

Editing and Updating post: Our experience with this office was less than stellar. We started off with a different Orthodontist in this office who was arrested. He worked under an umbrella company smile doctors. He had been training Dr. Chein in his office during the time we had started. Smile doctors shut down his offices and wouldn’t return any of our money they had already taken from insurance and is.
