Poor quality work … on more than one occasion my nails cracked or chipped after just 2 days of getting them done AND this location is ridiculously expensive!!!

I asked for a simple light pink shellac. I made sure to show them a video of the colour and asked multiple times that I would like it to be a light, milky pink. They got the colour wrong and applied another layer on top which made my nails look light orange. Not only they got the colour wrong, one of their shellac machines wasn’t working and she didn’t even apologize or offer to move me to a different chair.
