Walked in and they just stared at me. Then they finally asked what I needed and I said a mani/pedi and they said nothing and looked away. Weird experience. 0/10 recommend.

I use to love going here but never again. I went to get a fill because my nail tech is out of town and I am just so disappointed. Their color selection is so small and they are very quick to shut down any requests such as design/length. I heard a girl next to me ask for a little bit longer nail and the woman snapped and said we don’t do long nails! The guy is super nice but the woman wasn’t at all.. I won’t be going back.

Customer Service is horrible!! if you want the bare minimum and not a welcoming environment you’ll be fine. but if your going for a relaxing experience you will be disappointed.

Not friendly at all, I called to make an app for a full set the guy interrupted me “we don’t do designs”…never was getting a design informed him I juss want regular medium he said okay asked my name and hung up. Get to the appointment front desk lady was very rude and there was no one in there and she goes “you don’t want long right I don’t do long nails”…. Was also not going to get long nor was there anyone in there so she had plenty of time even if I did want that. Never going there again.
