VERY upset. Yesterday, April 25th 2025 I paid $192 for these. almost $200 for something I do not like.. pics attached are what I got & what I asked for.. also, my cuticles hurt so bad she was very rough & careless with filing & I was bleeding. I have went here about 3 times now & have paid $120+ each time for something I end up being very unsatisfied with.

My first 2 visits were subpar, but I decided to wait to do my review, until after I had the owner (Rebecca) do my nails. She's very creative and pays attention to detail. My nails express my personality, which is wild and crazy, so they are always flashy, blingy, and most importantly, different from everyone else. I get all 10 of my fingers different every time I go, so it takes a lot of patience and creativity to do what I ask for.
