Paul and his wife Claire were absolutely amazing! This was my second time buying a home and from the real estate side this was smooth as possible. I have a hectic schedule and I’m not in town often and they still were able to meet me at properties anytime I could make it in town to see one. Paul Holland was hands down the best realtor I have worked with. As this was the first house I have purchased by myself I was a little nervous about trusting the process. Paul walked me through each step and explained in great detail what to expect and was always available to answer any question I had. Paul Holland was amazing! Very real and down to earth from day one. We felt like we were dealing with a real person as opposed to a formal, unrelatable "suit" that real estate professionals sometimes present with. He personally responded very quick to all emails and texts. He interacted with our small children when we dragged them (and Him!) to several houses in our search.
