I waited 2 months for an appointment. I even canceled an important Dr visit to keep my appointment. Then this hair dresser gas lit me and canceled my appt 3 hrs before I was supposed to go in. I had texted her the Saturday before Tuesday the 21st my appt date, asking I guess you haven't had any cancelations yet. She answered and said have a nice weekend. Jeremy is very friendly and great at what he does. Been going to him for years and he always does perfect.
I went there, and my cousin, who worked there, and my mom, forced me. They cut my hair to a buzz cut. It was personal matters, but the really unprofessional part was the things Monyette said to me. At one point she said “aren’t you trans” which really hurt as a trans person who had, recently come out. Which isn’t okay to say to any customer related or not. I don’t think you want a homophobe or transphobe doing your hair.
