I came into this store to have my Cartier gold rod replaced and they were the MOST reasonable and efficient jewelry store I visited. I was able to pick up my unique gold bchain the very next day. Chris was amazing and very helpful, especially since they were closing for the day and he still serviced me. He also showed me some better ways to handle my necklace do I don't have future issues. I will Definitely return.
