Love Dr. Desai bedside manner . He is so personal and attentive
If I had the option for zero stars I would. The moment we finally stepped outside I looked at my loved one and said we will never step foot in this building again. Dr. Desai was rude, patronizing and condescending. At one point when I asked a question she said "it's a medical term" After we waited for 45 minutes for her to come in, she didn't take the time to introduce herself, even say Hello or anything. I had an urgent situation and Dr Desai did everything she could to get me in ASAP. I had all of my questions answered and needed a picc line placed for 6 weeks of IV antibiotics. I am still undergoing treatment and have received excellent support and help from this office.They are BUSY as they try to help a lot of people! I appreciate the care and compassion of Dr Desai.
This business associated with NKC hospital. They were sent a referral re: an active infection, despite calls, they did not respond for 2weeks, then a call from their office saying they were too busy to see me, but I had a very serious infection & should go to ER. When Dr. Bajracharya showed up 30 hours later, he rambled, lied, & contradicted himself so much, I had no idea what my situation was. Now a week later, my condition is no better. Typically, someone comes to a doctor like this because they have a life-threatening and lifelong illness. Don't waste your time going here. They won't return phone calls, and when you do talk with a nurse, they won't help you. The Dr will say one thing, and the nurse will do another.
