KC home services tech showed up to install our new solid surface shower walls on a previously installed pan and properly prepared walls. Proceeded to cut back wall w/ 1/4” to 5/8” gap at top . Bonded it with protective film stuck in the bottom ( it had rolled around from the face and was imbedded ). I also watched him use mineral spirits substitute to clean the walls prior to glueing with water based glue . We got a new HVAC system in an old house (100 years+) that we have been living in for a long time. Rebates, baby! Company and its folks were terrific. Locally owned and second generation, which is really important to us. They also hire local guys and seem to train them well. Very personal and professional service. After installed, HVAC didn't quite work, though the guys tried their best to get it working on Friday at 4:45. To no avail, but took care of it when the new part came in the following week. KC is absolutely fantastic! We are a preschool, with all the noise and interruption that entails. Daniel was amazing. He laid out the issues and options super clearly, and did exceptional work! KC has generous policies and is easy to contact and communicate with. Scheduling was a breeze -even with our narrow time windows. I can’t brag enough about this company!

We've used KC Home for a few years now. Viginia, the scheduler, is amazing -- she works so hard to get people in when we need them at a time we need. Michael, who came most recently to fix our AC, is fantastic -- personable, knowledgeable, wants you to understand what the problems and alternatives are and explains with clarity and patience. But actually everyone who has been out to help has been wonderful. This is a company that clearly really cares about customer satisfaction.

Wow, talk about a top notch experience! For starters, everyone at KC Home Services worked seamlessly with both myself (home owner) and our contractor. We called KC Home Services for a second opinion after a referral from someone who lived in the neighborhood. Virginia and Kevin spoke with our contractor at length regarding our first quote from another company and some of the concerns they had with regards to the information we were being provided.
