I've used KC Home Services a few times before to unclog drains and they've done a great job. When it came time to do a big project, repiping our drainage system I called them up for an estimate. It is refreshing to have someone like Virginia actually take your call - so many other plumbers have an answering service or voicemail. KC Home's C/S protocol is lightening fast! Upon arrival within 24 hours, our service tech, Finn, effortlessly explained each step of the process. Then he performed exactly what he described just as effortlessly. The repair was completed before any of the other three plumbers I called at the same time even responded to my messages. KC Home Services is JUST SO EASY.

I called KC Home Services at around 7 pm on Friday night because my kitchen sink was leaking. Virginia answered the phone and was very helpful and friendly. She apologized for not being able to send someone out because they were booked for the weekend but she vowed she would get me help. Virginia texted me two referrals. I called one of her referrals and they were able to help me and were friendly and professional. And absolute great company the dispatcher Virginia called me within 10 minutes of asking for an estimate. A gentleman by the name of Brooks came out to my home was 10 minutes early. Brooks was professional and friendly. As well as Virginia explaining to me how the process is to happen I will be using them again for any and all my heating and cooling needs. Outstanding job and an outstanding company way to go everyone!

I was extremely happy with the service I got from the crew at KC Home Services. Finn and Mike did the repair work - they were thoroughly professional and efficient and exceeded my expectations, actually doing a couple of things above and beyond the basic requirements. Virginia and Lia made scheduling and keeping me informed about when to expect the team to show up a breeze. I would highly recommend this family owned business, a pleasure to work with on all levels!
