I had defaulted on my account. I had tons of crazy charge-offs , and also I had a foreclosure on my house. The thought of it every night hurt my head. Nasty company to deal with. ZERO stars is too many. 1) Properties are drug infested 2) If YOU call the police know that you will get evicted for a police report. 3) You WILL NOT get your deposit back. There is no way you will get a deposit back - for any reason. 4) You will be charged for carpet cleaning (even if you did it yourself and it was better than when you got there), You will be charged for repainting, You will be charged for damages (again, even if they were there before you rented). I wish I had the words to describe how truly terrible of an experience I had while being a tenant under KC home rental. I could really go on and on about every awful thing they did but I will just stick to what we found to be the worst.
