Refused to return my calls about servicing the system they installed. When I finally approached an employee in the street when the van was parked doing another install he scheduled an appointment and then ghosted me.
Nate once again come to help me and get everything working properly! Much appreciated great customer service!
This company is legit. I used them about 5 yrs ago and it was $40 to fix my ac and it ran another 5 years. AC finally bit the dust and I called KC HVAC to replace and they were able to come over next day and replace. They showed up on time, technicians were very professional and had the new unit in and working by noon. Don’t waste your time with the big HVAC places you hear advertised. Save yourself the hassle and call KC first. Very honest, upfront and won’t try to upsell you like the other big companies do.
