I’m a plumber over at justin time Plumbing I was working on one of my clients bathroom sinks when she asked me about an issue going on with her furnace. I reached out to Nate, who showed up with record time within minutes of my phone call to assess and fix the problem. He took his time to thoroughly educate myself, and the client on the issues that were present and how to solve these issues and prevent them from happening in the future very respectful very kind recommend 100 out of 10

What an absolutely fabulous experience with KC Heating and Air! They installed my units 11 years ago. I used another company for a "service" call... they tried to tell me I needed to spend nearly $5000 to replace parts that were not bad! Nate came out, made some adjustments to the furnace and fixed my thermostat settings! Fixed! And no need to spend all that $! What a great experience! I will never call anyone else!
