What an absolutely fabulous experience with KC Heating and Air! They installed my units 11 years ago. I used another company for a "service" call... they tried to tell me I needed to spend nearly $5000 to replace parts that were not bad! Nate came out, made some adjustments to the furnace and fixed my thermostat settings! Fixed! And no need to spend all that $! What a great experience! I will never call anyone else!

My two year old AC unit stopped working after a combined 10 months of use during the summer months. Three HVAC professionals looked at it and all said that the issue was caused by an improper installation, which was done by Kevin at this company. When I contacted Kevin he was defensive and completely refused to even consider that he had made a mistake, let alone fix that mistake. I know this company very well and yes they are flawed very flawed they installed a new system however there employees are either drinking on the job or using drugs I do not recommend there we’re some issues we had to recently repair for when they replaced the system some of the duct was bad and caused a lot of useless air loss for 3000+ for a new system I’ll do better elsewhere
