These women was very rude and dismissive when I complained about the services i received was not the services i paid for. I scheduled and paid my deposit for 12-14 inch micro locs. I informed them the same day after going home and measuring them and realizing that the back was 8 inches, the size was 10 inches and the top was 12 inches. I had a fantastic experience getting my locs combed out and microlocs installed! The customer service was excellent and the whole process was fast. My comb-out took only about 5-6 hours with 3-4 stylists working on me, and my microloc install took around 8 hours with 2-3 stylists. For my first retie and wash, I was shocked it only took 30 minutes! They’re also incredibly responsive whenever I need to change my appointment. Overall, a great experience from start to finish, highly recommend!
The ladies at KC hair braiding are amazing! I had my microlocs installed 5 weeks ago and today I got my first retie!! My hair looks good and the service is always great !
