My husband has brought me here to shop ever since the store had opened, however, I had worn two pieces of items one time. I hand washed the shirt according to the tags and it was falling apart at the seams. Also the the jeans I bought ripped at the belt loop... I tried to return/exchange them but because "the tags were off" and it had been over 10 days( wasn't even 30 days since I had bought them) they didn't even consider it. They were pretty rude IMO... you would think as a boutique store they would stand behind their prod... read more

Stephanie, We would like to apologize for your experience! We have our store exchange policy in place to protect each of our boutiques in the store. Our policy is posted at the cash wrap and printed on the receipt.
Garment District is by far my fav boutique downtown! Great selection of clothes. I always find my favorite tops here! Clean and great help from all the girls that work there! Keep up the good work girls! �
We had the lingerie shower portion of my friends bachelorette party at the KC Garment Collective boutique and it was a blast! The staff was organized and very easy to work with. They were friendly and accommodating. They offered us a deal on drinks and clothing and it was a nice change up for a party of that type.
