Been using KC Fleet for years. If you want it done the right way, call Chuck. They are on top of our equipment and ensuring we are always on the road. Down time has been greatly reduced since we started using KC Fleet for all our on road and off road repairs and maintenance.
Absolutely great company to do business with! We were really in a bind. We are a company in Tampa FL, and one of our trucks just happened to be in the long Island area and we base most of our decisions by reading reviews and looking at ratings and we took a chance. Was not there.
I'd give him a negative 5 star if I can, 5 pm told me to wait till at least 12 am to 1 am no problem, ill wait! I called 12:25 waiting for him at the truck the guy tells me he can't make it and forgot about me he has a job. Not for nothing I am a customer not a charity case. Waste of time don't even bother with this guy no honesty or integrity!
Showed up at 8:00 am as promised, work was fast and professional. Rate was very reasonable.
