I've been going here for awhile. Most of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Had an extraction that went well. A couple fillings (without pain injection) also went well. I informed them that I clench my jaws. They decided getting a partial was in order. Fine, I'll go along with it. Went in to pick it up and informed the guy that it didn't fit right.
