Wonderful experience at K C Dental. Friendly staff and great care!
I had a cleaning appointment a few days ago with the hygienist Ramina or Heema (not sure of the exact name). I’ve been going to KC dental since last year or even the year before and I’ve never had any issues or felt uncomfortable during an appointment. This past Tuesday that was not the case. The hygienist was being very rude, I’m not sure if she was just having a bad morning or something bothered her but I highly disliked the way I was treated. Had my teeth cleaned yesterday by Nadiya (Hygienist) — she did an excellent job and made the whole process very comfortable. Salman Ali at the front desk was also very helpful and welcoming. Great experience overall!

This was my first visit at KC Dental, as I was unable to visit my regular clinic. I requested a cleaning. The dental hygienist was really nice, however I found her technique to be painful. I’ve never had a more painful cleaning than this. I have dental cleanings every 4-6 months and this was too harsh in my experience. Furthermore, the cleaning was $274. My cleanings at my regular office is $160. The staff charged my insurance directly, which covers 90% of the cleaning. They waived the remaining 10%, so I didn’t get a receip... read more
