I recently had a 7 inch lift installed. The customer service was good they answerd all the questions i had. Very happy with the way my truck turned out. I will definatly keep going them for now on.
Not super impressed but not terrible. Double stacked a lift and charged me to change it even though a preload spacer shouldn't be installed with adjustable front struts. In there defense I didn't tell them not to install the preload but then again I shouldn't have to. Overall install was great aside from the previously mentioned issue. Customer service and communication could've been better. Their pricing is also deceiving. They quote you a price that doesn't include tax even when you ask for out the door pricing. There was a smell of cigarette smoke left in my truck when i picked it up. They said they couldn't run my lift slightly lower for my preference. They jacked the price up 500.00 on me after I'd ordered my parts. I was quoted 3500 out the door with taxes. Them i get told there's another 500.00 needed before as a deposit. I'll never go back or refer anyone to go there.
Awesome job fellas. Enjoyed my time and car rides great.
