Joe and his crew replaced and deepened 80% of our foundation, framed new living space, and added major seismic upgrades including shear wall, ties, and foundation bolts. His price was competitive and he was responsive and attentive to our concerns throughout the process. He also went above and beyond in several instances to make sure the project was a success. We would certainly work with him again!
We had a minor seismic retrofit job on a San Francisco home, including sheer walls, bolts, and a new foundation under our porch. I spoke with several contractors and Joe's proposal was straightforward and addressed the issues in a cost-effective manner. His crew started the job on time and finished in two weeks. He handled get the plans, permits, and inspections and made the job easy. We would certainly work with him again.
