Called Nikki to explain her the patch her shop recently did few days ago, (that took over two hours to do) did not do its job, she said it could have been a bad patch, so I asked if I buy a new tire can I get the 25$ off the new tire, claims it’s not her fault the patch failed, never was I told the patch could have a chance of failing. Wish the experience could have been better here.
I have tried to get tires repaired in the past here, but they refused both times even though another shop did it no problem. More interested in selling new tires. Ordered trailer tires, but they would not take the wheels off the trailer. Absolutely do not recommend this shop.
Had an emergency nail-in-tire situation; we just moved to the area and Telle came up on Google and we are so glad it did! Nicky explained everything to us and we were in and out in maybe half an hour. We are so grateful for their rapid and very reasonably priced service. Thank you!
My go-to place for oil changes, tire rotations, safety inspections. I never have been swindled into getting a service that I didn't need over the many years I've been coming here.
