I am so grateful I found Telle North Kansas. I needed a new set of tires and had a difficult time finding a trustworthy place. Luckily I talked to Josh and he was AWESOME, so professional and explained everything I needed and was so kind to me. I'm older and have a difficult time getting around, but Josh made the process so easy. I will definitely recommend Telle NKC to everyone I know. Thank you, Josh for being so helpful. Your customer service skills are A+.

I have used these guys and shop for over 8 yrs now. Even my kids now use them too. They are super friendly and family oriented. Above all thier price for service is just right.

Beware! I went in for an alignment and of course they wanted to upsell all they could. They gave me an estimate for $4,000 for all the work I 'needed'. Including new ball joints, rack and pinion etc. Called and tried to book the repairs even though I already said no. I took it to another mechanic for a second opinion, ball joints are fine, no rack and pinion problems, no leaky transmission. In my opinion, they are not to be trusted.

My first experience with Telle has been very positive. Had our vehicle inspected. Finished inspection in time for us to be able to get our tags for the car the same day. The person we met was polite and friendly with a smile and clean in appearance. The entry, waiting room and rest room were all clean. It was a joy to visit and have car inspected. We were ask if our windshield wipers needed changing or were streaking. We did not get the wipers changed. Kind of sorry we did not😁
