DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CROOKS. My lease cannot end soon enough. They dont fix anything but have you locked into a rental agreement that says you cannot get outside help or resources to come in and do any kind of work. I was without my kitchen sink and dishwasher for 3 months because they refused to come unclog the drain. We had to go to court me show pictures to their lawyer and judge. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES rent from this company. I spent 2 miserable years on a lease with these people. The day I ended my lease was not a day too soon. They are rude, incompetent, lazy AF, there is a registered sex offender on the maintenance staff so watch your kids, he's fond of them. They don't answer the phones, they don't call back, they cancel maintenance requests, they take horrible care of their properties and they are nothing but slumlords doing business illegally. You've also gotta love the fact that the owner of this company writes a review about how he has worked with this company for so long and they manage his properties and how great the company is. Pat Grace LOL
Oh and by the way I moved out on Oct 31, 2021. They scheduled a final walk-through and confirmed it via email and never showed up. I waited the entire window period they were supposed to show up and they never did. So I haven't gotten an accounting back of what they think they needed to replace or repair or fix that goes against my deposit, which is a matter of law, nor have I gotten my deposit back, also a matter of law, and now its been more than 30 days so it's too late to do anything.
