Truly life changing experience at KC Chop House because of our lovely waitress, Kenna. I was down a bag at the casino actively ruining my life when I decided to stop by KC Chop House and thank the stars I did. Kenna’s service goes far beyond any jackpot I could win. The food was fantastic but tbh I keep returning for HER. Someone needs to give this woman a raise. I’d be willing to gamble my entire retirement fund on her being the best employee within this establishment.
Our server Mendy was wonderful! Food and ambience and amazing as well.
Fabulous Filet and Lobster. Great drinks. Wendy was phenomenal and provided top notch service.
Food was exceptional. We each had a steak and spilt the crab cakes and mashed potatoes. The red wine sauce on the steaks was a surprise but delicious. Stephen was friendly and helpful, I noticed him reaching out to coworkers when we were low on bread or drinks, I really liked his attention to detail
Seafood tower fell short. Definitely wasn’t a tower. They were out of the oysters AND shrimp that typical come with it, they offered more of the tuna or more crab legs instead.. We decided on more crab legs. The food comes out, didn’t realize everything was served cold. I never had a cold lobster tail on ice. The crab legs were almost over cooked, the tuna was flavorless. Everything just tasted so bland. The only thing we enjoyed were the hot butter rolls. We spent too much money for that, we won’t be back.
