They removed my review because they can't handle any negative feedback whatsoever. Like my last review said, "They can't ever find people in their systems. Keep your documents because they will lose them." This is a fact. They misdiagnosed my 5 year old cat with hyperthyroidism when he never had it. I spent money on medications and treatments he never needed because of this diagnosis. They deny these facts even though I have emails of these chats and his diagnosis. Dr. Hodes, Dr. Gloor and everyone at KC Cat Clinic are the absolute best at what they do! They are so very kind and caring and have always gone above and beyond to help our kitties.
Angels of mercy work in this office. The doctors are so compassionate and deliver quality of care beyond compare. Our little Figaro is fighting cancer at five years old and this is so hard. But the entire staff has been so supportive during this challenging time. Holly has truly been a wonderful comfort to our family.
