Went to blue springs location to get a part for a skidder with a kobuto engine and they immediately said oh no we can’t help ! That’s nothing but pure laziness! Horrible customer care I will never trade with them again

WHEN THEY CONFIRM YOU A PICK UP PRICE AND QUOTE A FIGURE FOR MILES, THEY SOMEHOW FORGET TO TELL YOU THERE IS A $140 LOADING CHARGE ON TOP OF THE MILE FEE. BETTER GET THAT CLEAR AS THAT CAME AS A SURPRISE.
