Clean property very well secured running water available if you need it
We have stored our boat here since before the new owners took over. The new owners have made great improvements adding large covered storage bays, etc. They maintain the roads as best as possible and we have never had a problem and our bay was in the very back. The gate access has always worked very well. We are sad to leave since we have been storing here for so long, but we are now able to keep our boat at home and no longer have the need for it. Friendly- family like business.
Reasonable rates for rv/ travel trailer storage. Poor customer service.
More often than not, lot is overgrown with weeds. Retention pond is nothing more than a cesspool, and should be drained. Vehicles and boats are parked randomly out in the open, making entrance and egress difficult. Entranceway and interior roads are potholed and often muddy. Poor security, with fences in front needing repair.
