Great service even better work
My search for an honest auto repair shop close to my office is over! KC AutoWorx does it all....fixing the A/C blower when it was stuck on HIGH, addressing any check engine light, oil changes, even a last minute tire repair 2 days before Thanksgiving. They are completely transparent, the pricing is fair and customer service is off the charts.
New KC resident - very helpful to stupid questions. They made everything incredibly easy for an in and out inspection, and answered my stupid questions without making me feel dumb. They even covered the inspection bill to welcome me to KC. Will go again for incredibly speedy and friendly service!
Every time I bring my car in everyone is so nice!
I would have loved to have had my car serviced here. But after I made an appointment online I arrived at my appointment time they told me I should have called to ask, and that it would be a three hour wait. Extremely poor customer service to shift the blame back on to the customer when I literally had an appointment and there was nothing online saying I also had to call.
