EXCELLENT AUTO REPAIR SHOP Great repair shop. I had a 60k mile service on wife's Mitsubishi and was extremely pleased. The technicians did a wonderful job and Chris took the time to explain all of the work and addressed all of my questions. Overall, the work is excellent, Chris is knowledgeable and friendly. I am impressed by KC's straight-forward and honest way of doing business.
Great Service...Great Price After a recent car accident, I had my Toyota 4Runner repaired at a local body shop. When I got my car back, it was making an annoying clicking sound everytime I hit a bump. After three trips to my dealer, who was unable to fix it, I took it to KC Automotive. Besides being extremely friendly and knowledgable, the staff at KC found the problem and fixed it for less than the dealer charged me to not fix it. I have been going back to KC ever since. Great mechanic! Kc Automotive rescued my wife when she was stranded 200 miles from home with a broken timing belt. The price was fair and work was excellent. Mike helped my wife and I with our mechanical and logistical problems. I have never known a more helpful and honest mechanic.
Good Auto repair shop We had a bit of work done at this place and have no complaints. We had our initial vehicle inspection done here, and they were very friendly and fast. They fully explained what needed to be done, and what was best for our car. They were not pushy about 'extras' and let us know what we could do bare-minimum wise. Straight forward service We took our Nissan pick up to KC Automotive at around 65,000k knowing that it needed a tune up and probably some other things. KC Automotive was prompt, called with a quote of services that needed to be rendered, and gave us a timeframe when it would be complete. We've dealt with a handful of mechanics over the years and these guys did great. We'll definitely return.
