Questionable inspector. The home inspection report he provided had plain errors (e.i., including the neighbor's property in it!) and it was a collection of platitudes and opinions totally unsubstantiated. Very unhelpful.

Do not use this service. He seems like a really nice guy when you meet him but after my husband and I bought the house that he inspected we found his inspection was way off. In fact there is close to $15,000 of additional work that we need to do that was nowhere in his report, including our roof which we found out needs to be entirely replaced and he told me that it only had a few shingles off of it. Kent tried to pass off a home inspection that he had done for another perspective buyer of this property. He no call/no showed for two appointments with me. He lists the National Association of Home Inspectors on his website. This is an organization which he is not a member of. I would steer clear of this business. I received much better service from another local inspector. Look elsewhere.
