I’ve been part of KB Fit Club for about a month now, and I’m already loving it! I joined after seeing my friend’s incredible transformation—she’s lost nearly 100 pounds. What I appreciate most is the strong sense of accountability and the consistent, challenging workouts. I live in Washington, DC and participate virtually twice a week, which makes it super convenient. I love KB's FitClub! Coach KB is always on point with 1) the workouts, 2) support, 3) encouragement, and 4) results. The Coaches and fitsistas are always there to help you believe in yourself. You are encouraged to never stop... modify if necessary, but don't stop; show up for yourself and don't quit.
