Building out house they cut so many corners do not recommend
Kathy is a phenomenal property manager. She is very professional and consistent. I highly recommend KB Real Homes ,LLC since they’re extraordinary team And great customer service. Thank you always for our wonderful partnership since it’s greatly appreciated.
Ms. Kathy is the best landlord you can ask for ! If you have a problem with your property she will get it handled for you asap. I'm so grateful to have her as my landlord.
I stayed in one of their homes for 1 year. Took pictures of the things that needed repairs and forward it to the office. Nothing was repaired. When I moved, these people took all of my deposit saying I left a lot of repairs for them. These were things that should have been done before I moved in. Don't rent from this company.
Well my process of moving from the state of New York to Memphis Tennessee has been a long trying process and I only applied with one company and that's kbrealhomes, so they've been with me every step of the way.. and moving with section 8 is always challenging...but these ladies have worked for me & worked with me .. I have a little two bedroom home just for me and my grandbaby and I'm absolutely pleased with the service being that I'm in the state of New York everything was done legally & electronically, and they had so man... read more
