I stayed in one of their homes for 1 year. Took pictures of the things that needed repairs and forward it to the office. Nothing was repaired. When I moved, these people took all of my deposit saying I left a lot of repairs for them. These were things that should have been done before I moved in. Don't rent from this company.
Well my process of moving from the state of New York to Memphis Tennessee has been a long trying process and I only applied with one company and that's kbrealhomes, so they've been with me every step of the way.. and moving with section 8 is always challenging...but these ladies have worked for me & worked with me .. We loveeeeee our home ! Olivia is the most amazing, generous, & understanding leasing agent there is! She helped me with all my needs and was able to help me navigate through the homes available in our price range , and in a great area! I was skeptical at first when applying due to me having a OLD 8 yr old felony on my background & never renting a HOUSE before, I’ve always had to settle for apts & townhouses but she assured me that it will not disqualify me when applying!
