We loveeeeee our home ! Olivia is the most amazing, generous, & understanding leasing agent there is! She helped me with all my needs and was able to help me navigate through the homes available in our price range , and in a great area! I was skeptical at first when applying due to me having a OLD 8 yr old felony on my background & never renting a HOUSE before, I’ve always had to settle for apts & townhouses but she assured me that it will not disqualify me when applying! KBRealhomes is the best, the easiest, and the fairest companies I've ever rented from. They don't hassle you or run you down. They will work with you. Great communication! I'd definitely recommend them to my friends and family!. Update ...... Over the years, the communication became nonexistent. It was hard to get repairs done. When they repairs were done, they were not done correctly or done very cheaply, and the same problem would continue to happen. The rent kept increasing.
