KBRealhomes is the best, the easiest, and the fairest companies I've ever rented from. They don't hassle you or run you down. They will work with you. Great communication! I'd definitely recommend them to my friends and family!. Update ...... Over the years, the communication became nonexistent. It was hard to get repairs done. When they repairs were done, they were not done correctly or done very cheaply, and the same problem would continue to happen. The rent kept increasing.
Communication with tenants is very minimal to not at all. Too many last minute notifications. Maintenance had to be life-threatening and it still took days before issues were addressed per management approval.
I applied for a rental property for my mother 3 weeks ago and never heard anything back. I was told that I would heard something rather she got approved or not. I called the rental property to check status of the application and was told I would receive a call back. Never received a call. I feel like $45 was just giving away for the application fee. I would never try to go through them again.
