Plumber was here less than 5 minutes and told us the water heater was still under warranty from Rheem. He told me to call them because the wires inside the water heater melted. I used a home warranty company however this company lied to them so they did not have to fix anything. Rheem looked at the pictures and said it was a defective water heater and that KBR Plumbing lied to the warranty company.
