Horrible customer service, purchased a truck with an invoice showing 3k miles on KBL’s “heavy duty rebuild” and transmission went out I was told good luck and hung up on!!!
Transmission issues are usually a nightmare, but KBL Transmission made the process simple for me. Another shop in town quoted 25% higher and offered no details. Don handled the rebuild on my Chevy Traverse with total transparency. He walked me through the logistics and even shared photos of the old damaged parts versus the replacements. Seeing the 'surgery' for myself gave me huge peace of mind. It’s a rare experience to trust a shop this much. Thank you for giving me peace of mind and saving my wallet.
Mean people! They just want money. They can't give me a quote for a service Im asking for unless I bring my car over so they can "look at it". JOKE
Used them several times to repair transmissions in my hot rods and trucks. Don is awesome!
